The salesperson (Simon) at the Georgetown store where I made my purchases (there were many, including a mattress) was absolutely amazing. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable and most of all, not at all pushy. The mattress arrived on time and the delivery people were great. My new pillows, duvet and mattress are all so amazingly comfortable that I am having trouble getting out of bed now! Thank you so much Simon!

Just walked out with a new mattress! Simon was exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable, we weren’t prepared to buy but Simons expertise made my wife and I very confident. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Simon was very helpful and informative about the type of mattress that would best suit our needs. We are now into our 3rd week with the new mattress and still not 100% convinced this is the one for us. WIll give it another week - 10 days and make a decision then.

When my bed got delivered, they said they couldn't get it up the stairs and could not take it though my friend's apartment to get to mine. Update: They wanted me to pay $300 more for a split platform. ScamCountry Canada - No Better Scammer's anywhere else.

Bought a new mattress and after about 2 weeks noticed a pocket without proper support in it. Contacted the store manager to arrange a exchange or refund but what they don't tell you is their trucks won't take them back for you even if during the 30 day window with protectors and everything purchased at the store. I only having a car and not having access to anyone with a truck. I can't return the mattress and am stuck with a mattress that breaks my back. I'll never shop here again. Save your money and buy a flea market mattress.

We are very happy with our purchase. We received attentive and knowledgeable service. We did not feel rushed or pushed in any specific direction. We were able to make a decision on a well priced mattress that works for us. The set up was accomplished quickly, the delivery staff were pleasant and efficient!
