New to the area and unfamiliar with water softener systems, I wanted to ensure that my current system was functioning properly and that the water was clean, as I was concerned there might be an issue. After reading their positive reviews, I contacted Soft Water Plus for a service appointment. Not only did I get a clean bill of health, but I also got a tutorial on how the system works and was assured that my system is in great condition. I appreciate their honesty and would absolutely recommend their services as they are exceptionally knowledgeable and dependable.

Had a really great experience! I called about replacing my old water softener and instead was told it could be fixed by replacing a cheap part. So honest! I learned so much on the service visit and was really impressed. Highly recommend.

When a water surge blew out our water softener and blocked all our water supply, including toilets, Softwater Plus was there for us. Our water softer was still under warranty so that was great, and they kept us supplied with drinking water without charge until all the other problems were fixed. They are a pleasure to deal with and a great example of Georgetown character.

Very good experience! Our water softener was not draining and actually started to overflow. I called Soft Water Plus because of the good reviews. Lorie was very helpful and Ryan came to take a look that same day! He quickly found the problem and saved me a huge amount of money. It just needed a small part replaced. What a relief! Many thanks to everyone at Soft Water Plus!

I was recommended to Soft Water Plus by a friend, who had a good experience with them, unfortunately, I could not share the same.While pricing was competitive, work quality was adequate.I had a Water Softener + UV installed. After installation, on the first day, I noticed that some of the pipes were leaking and the placement of the salt unit was placed in a position that made it difficult to access. The team was able to come out a few days later to rectify this, however, several months later, I check the unit for the salt level and it was still full; I had not added new salt to the new tank - 4-5 months later.I checked the lines and noticed that the out/ins were going the wrong way. I have left a VM for them to come back a third time to fix this.I do not think I would use them again if this is the quality of work that I could expect.:(

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Impeccable and pleasant experience from start to finish. Chris and Ryan caught an additional issue with my leaking unit by surprise and were able to repair keeping the cost low while being transparent, resourceful and committed. There are no competitors in town that would even come to see my unit because I didn’t purchase it from them. This team came willingly and I will only be using them moving forward.

Fantastic service, super helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a water softener here and they noticed an unrelated plumbing issue during installation which was remedied promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering water treatment.
