Well let's start by saying go and look at these units first before you buy online
Every heavy rain they flood with water very visible and was told that happens often
That's one issue

The Indian lady working seemed ok and helpfull at first wrong
I ordered online went the next day to see unit questioned the water issue so she said I will give you same unit size same $ amount with the free month and all in same building just at opposite end OK so put my lock on it 👍
Get a phone call next day dictateing I would have to pay 10 $ more and no free month after what we agreed to night before and was rushing to have signed
I said hold on I call the shots here and for you going back on your word and being demanding I said if you can't honor what you told me then cancel and return my money
Then calling the next day again demanding I come and take the lock
I said lady I work and im at work now I just can't drop everything for you and I have no access and you close at 530 I won't make it by then so I said cut it off don't care 5$ lock
I'm so glad I didn't take this unit main reason all the water it's visible the ground is washing away in spots
Go look at this place before you rent if you want it then rent on line but remember it floods often
I should also point out this is the Georgetown location on Armstrong Ave im not speaking for all of them just this one
