The Bolton location is not what it use to be. It’s disorganized. Its dirty. The majority of staff are rude and don’t speak English. Takes forever to process online orders. No one ever answers the phone.

In the past year this Walmart has gone from bad to worse. Even the self check outs aren't working. Basically none of the workers can speak english. I rarely shop here anymore.

I bought this Bikaji masala dosa from Walmart Bolton today Sep 1st. There’s was long hair in one dosa piece. Don’t buy this . I have no idea why Walmart selling this low quality food product . Walmart start playing with food . Hair in food is Major Health and Safety concern. These days Walmart don’t care about these kind of issues. Just their focus to make money . Don’t buy grocery from Walmart . People working in Walmart not serious, bad customer service .

Garbage walmart. Garbage customer service manager (didn't catch her name) was so rude to me then claimed I was being rude to her. Regular workers are racist and only help their own kind. I've had the worst experience today.

CAUTION!! HEALTH CONCERN!!! I would AVIOD buying any self serve bulk items in the bakery area. As i was shopping in the bakery i witnessed a brown man stick his BARE hand into the popcorn bin, take a handful out, walk away and start eating it. Absolutely disgusting. I ended up confronting him about how disgusting it is, especially how he never even paid for it. Spoke to many walmart employees including customer service regarding the incident (evening pointing him out as he walked out of the store) and demanding them to empty all bins as its a Major Health and Safety concern. How many people have done this exact same thing yet no one ever sees it? How many customers are buying these bulk items thinking its safe to eat?
August 18th, 2024 between 3:15pm - 3:45pm. Brown man in a white shirt with some grey details wearing blue/dark blue jeans, black hair. Was on the phone the whole time, walking to and from the bakery bulk area to the grocery isles.

The fastest customer service on phone is almost an hour just to inquire if they have a stock on an item. Poor customer service. No answer because twice they dropped my calls. I do not want to go from one walmart to another walmart store just to find a bissell powerforce vacuum, that i needed. The time of my call is from 12:20 pm to 1:20pm on this date. Very rude people.

I was going through a divorce, i lost my job, my kids in the process, i got kicked out of my house, charges were filed against me for fraud. But when i asked a walmart representative named Manreet to help me find the bleach she convinced me not to do anything extreme and saved my life. SHE WAS AMAZING AND THE BEST WALMART REPRESENTATIVE IVE EVER MET THANK YOU .?

Zero star Rating...Worst Customer service ever at this location...Mostly the Walmart associates whoever works in this store, they don't know what their policies are, how they operate, and how to provide customer service. Just to return one simple table, they were just driving me here and there in the store...Also their Assistant Manager is totally useless....I am never coming to this location ever...
