If there would be no star rating option exists this particular location deserves that. I ordered pickup for multivitamin and paid express fee and when i get there to pickup they told me that multivitamin is out of stock and told me we can’t do anything but still they are showing in stock. I travel about 18 km to pickup that supplements but they said we don’t know about it and we can’t do anything. Please kindly don’t cheat innocent people with these kind of administration.

I find this place a bit chaotic at times, but the staff seem to keep on top of tidying and restocking well enough. The shoe department seems a little small compared to Walmart in my town. The grocery store aspect is comprehensive with great ethnic choices in addition to all the usual foods you'd expect in an Ontario grocery store.

This Walmart is a good ne and extra good if you get helped out by Hollie! She went above and beyond by wheeling out a big purchase, getting it thru a cash and then getting it over to our car and loading it so we could get it home for Christmas! And the price was good too. Thanks again Hollie and we will be back because of you! For other customers do not be afraid of asking for help for large or complicated items as there are customer service reps who can help in addition to great prices at this Bolton ON store.

Yet another grocery trip spending too far too long waiting to check out at this store. I’m confused as to why so many more self check out stations were brought in only to keep less than half of them open for use. I understand self check out is the way everywhere is moving but this store is especially bad for making customers wait clearly because they do not want to allocate another store associate to help out at the self checkout. It has been disappointing over and over again.

Broken quick print booth so waited forever for an employee to arrive and they never showed up. Walked the store nobody in the floors, went to customer service and was told the employee is probably on lunch for an hour. I asked to speak with a manager as there were multiple people waiting. She said he was in the back doing receiving so she couldn’t call him.

Worlds best walmart. They have all what I need and no cashier lines. Elen, old lady around in 70 years old is the best employee who always helps me.

terrible location worst customer experience they actually teach staff to go and yell at the customers unannounced. we were testing out bikes for our kid to purchase and employee came running outta nowhere “shes not allowed to be on the bike take the kid off the bike” there was no signage telling us not to, and i know there are usually tester bikes we can check to make sure the tht its a good fit. even then it could be communicated politely. not coming here again, at least teach ur employees how to talk with customers. getting really bad here, bolton used to be a decent place before.

Fairly large walmart, not too busy, usually only come here after the movies at Landmark cinemas next door. Considering to be a large and quiet walmart, it's unusual coming from a bigger cirt, but that's what makes it a great place to shop. I would probably go out of my way to come here to shop for a specific product.

Used to be a good place to shop. Now they have discontinued many items (1% milk, organic cheese and other items, did away with their deli counter, etc) and are often out of stock on other items. The kids they hire are always on their phones and make you feel that you are bothering them if you ask for assistance. The older workers are great at assisting customers. I am shopping there less and less because I am tired of having to go to Food Basics to get items they no longer carry or are out of stock. Snow I just go to Food Basics. It's a shame...it was a great place to shop.

Photo center is great. There is a broken wall scanner in the toy department that can be a safety concern. Months later and it's still broken, sharp edges of broken shelves at head hight of 3 to 6 year olds, more then ¾ of the self check outs are broken. Wallmart can save money by putting the cardboard boxes the products are shipped in, up front where they can be used to bring the groceries home. Second to that perhaps returnable baskets like the ones a and p had. I'd gladly pay a deposit on them. Stock on clothing for adults is almost non existing. The largest waist size for pants is 34 and the largest shirt other then ecko brand is large/ medium anywhere else. The floor staff are great, but what's happening in the office? I watched as a guy yelled at a lady in groceries while she kept a smile and tried to work with the impossible/customer. She went above and beyond as most of the staff do. The carts are in excellent condition with mostly new wheels, knowing how much these wheels cost makes it a big deal. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman with a pleasant attitude and swinging gate that thought I was a ping pong ball. Theft these days is getting out of hand so I do believe the gates to be a good idea and are very forgiving if they hit you.

I placed online order it said delivered July 10th no one cares to check all they say is call customer service which is also useless. Put some effort into your job. I called again today July 13 forced them to check well looky here they found it. EFFORT PEOPLE!

Called to speak to someone in customer service Sunday June 24th at the Bolton location. The phone is still ringing 30 min later with no answer. That’s why I don’t shop Walmart very often and now it will be not at all. Lol, they finally answered after 35 min, they didn’t say anything and just hung up. I called back and let it ring and the just answered and didn’t say anything putting it directly on hold. I stayed on hold for 10min hung up and now it’s back to not answering. Wow the actual customer service is giving non

Very sad customer service... why hire people when they think their job is only to deal with people in the store and not answer the phone ever? This location is not busy compared to other locations and I've still called 10 times and can not get through to customer service even the other departments don't answer the phone...very annoying

I have been shopping at the Bolton Walmart for about 20 years, I was there twice last week & this past Tuesday. Each & everytime I've been there I always see the Employee Wendy. Wendy is ALWAYS, Friendly, Polite, Professional & Helpful, I can ask Wendy for anything in the store and she gladly provides amazing Customer Service and directs me to where the item is. Wendy should be made a Manager or Customer Service Supervisor. In my Opinion, it's Employees like Wendy that represent Walmart in a very Positive note Wendy thank you for always providing amazing Customer Service, it's Employees like You that keep Customers coming back to shop at Bolton Walmart, Thank You Wendy. I gave a 5 Star ***** rating because of Wendy's Customer Service Skills & Dedication.
