I visited Walmart yesterday with my mom, and an associate in the dairy/frozen area helped us. Her name, as shown on her name tag, was Gurleen. She was very polite, humble, and helpful, and assisted us in finding the product we were looking for. Great customer service!

Sunday evening I shopped 3 things from this branch I paid bill Iwas in que I paid my bill still the other side cashier is asking me you paid bill or no if I did not pay how the cashier in whose line I was will allow me to go this blind cashier named ripan is asking g me whether you paid I have bill in my hand my credit card in my hand still this kind of attitude this workers when I called their boss or ism she was sorry but not this blind I told will complain to manager she is telling I don't care about anyone and this wall mart workers think we are thieves and expect donation from me I am showing here 2yrs but not any more

This used to be our go-to Walmart when it first opened. Happened to be in the area and tried shopping here again. So many changes with so much added security, cameras everywhere. Barriers everywhere. Everything locked up and you have to search for an attendant to even look at items. When you look at the packages they stand in front of you as if you're about to steal it/break it.
Had to pay in 4 separate transactions (pharmacy, beauty, beauty-again, and grocery) not the convenient one stop shop as it used to be, and still is at other locations.

I had a great experience with my grocery pickup today. Manraj was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. He greeted me with a smile, confirmed my order, and made sure everything was packed neatly and handled with care. The whole process was smooth and quick. Thank you, Manraj, for providing excellent customer service—you made the pickup experience really convenient and pleasant!

I’m honestly shocked and disappointed that Walmart is giving space to EcoATM kiosks in their stores.
- These machines malfunction constantly, swallowing devices and failing to pay out.
- I finished my 1 hour of grocery shopping basically holding up my phone
- I walk away with no money and no device, which feels like outright theft.
There are endless complaints online from frustrated customers who trusted EcoATM, only to be scammed. Some even filed BBB complaints or considered police reports because their phones were taken without payment.
Why is Walmart giving space to a company with such a shady track record

I visited Walmart yesterday and Kulwinder in the houseware department was amazing. She was so friendly, and her warm smile made the whole interaction feel easy. Even when I asked about something outside her department, she still knew how to help me without directing me to another associate. I really appreciated her kindness and great customer service.

Today when I was buy something in Walmart in self checkout.u wS asked questions in self check associates so he was get mad i tell him to call manager do he was give attitude and disrespect me,he called another associates and I asked same question she give answers so his talk me rude and angry voice this is kind associates working in store.
Store policy say respect store associates not tolerated bad behavior with associates but if associates are disrespect customers and rude behavior than what r u doing
What makes this even more disappointing is that this store used to be fantastic about 10 years ago when I first started shopping here. It was super clean, staff were respectful and friendly, and the atmosphere was positive. That’s no longer the case. Now, it feels tense, disorganized, and completely lacking in customer care.
At this point, I’m seriously considering bringing attention to this issue locally and on social media so others know how this store now treats its customers. All Walmart seems to care about is money, not people.
