Extremely Unpleasant experience. I had to wait more than 30 mins for an employee to unlock the doors. I had talked with 4 employees and they had the same response that someone else will assist me.

Discrimination at its finest, if you are indigenous or half indigenous they denied my status card cause my old one was lost, and I was waiting for my replacement one, but still showed them the email that I was going to receive it and that it still has my ID number on it.They look at you and treat you like garbage. I definitely have no problem shopping at another store

Good location to go to. Only thing I don't like is the self checkout on the right side is always closed early. The employee who checks receipts need some sensitivity training. He targets people even after watching you get helped by cashiers.

This place gets grosser every day - slowly getting to grimy levels of the Walmart on hurontario and bovaird .I guess covid and flu season means nothing and the fact that hand-foot-mouth season is peaking for children. Looks like They decided to cut costs and remove all sanitizer wipes to wipe off your carts. If your that bearded guy that manages this store hope you’re on high alert that it makes it look like ya’ll don’t care about germs spreading from your shopping carts.

worst experience i have ever seen from the staff. The one red hair lady at customer service showing up her attitude to me. She was an indian lady who was really obsessed with her own. Never ever visit again. I forgot to get her name and definitely going to give zero review for her. You guys must teach her how to give respect to customers.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at Walmart’s self-checkout, mainly due to the demeanor of the staff member on duty. The lady overseeing the self-checkout area was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in assisting customers.Throughout my transaction, I felt a sense of harassment as she impatiently rushed me through the process and made condescending remarks. It was disheartening to encounter such a lack of courtesy, especially in a retail environment where customer service should be a priority.I hope Walmart addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more positive shopping experience for customers in the future. Won’t be coming back to this location…

The experience tonight was average until trying to leave the store. For some reason the closed the north entrance/exit at 9pm, although the store closes at 11pm (might be 10pm). No signage, no announcements, no warning. The concern is that I saw many people, including two seniors who appeared to have inhibited mobility, have to walk around. It was raining tonight as well. I asked to speak to a manager about it and was directed by an employee to the customer service desk. My options were to wait to speak to someone, or walk outside in the rain. This is certainly not a major issue, by speaks to extremely poor communication to customers. Customers outside the North doors thought the store was closed. I'd recommend signage be placed up informing customers that the doors are closed at a certain time, and to use the other doors. I noticed a similar issue at the Walmart on Airport & Queen in Brampton, where the east doors were closed but the west kept open - again no signage or Customer communication.

There is no extra sitting space for kids and customers in vision centre. Even I had an appointment for my daughters for eye exam so I had to stand for one and half hour with my small daughter so I missed my other appointment. Staff behaviour is not good she said you walk around in Walmart.

RUDE, there aren't many more words to describe your cashier this evening. I attempted to pay using my regular banking card which in the past 2 years I have not had an issue with. The debt machine kept declining my card and the cashier tells me she's never seen my card in her life. (It's 2023 and there are many more options besides the regular big banks). She proceeds to tell me it's prepaid and they don't accept my card, eventhough I've made purchases at Walmart many times. I told her it's a regular chequing account bank card and I even showed her my positive balance on my app-which I didn't even need to do. She kept telling me it's a prepaid card and that I don't have money on it and proceeded to call her coworker to open another till because "this guy is going to take forever" and that she will be here a long time, she even tried embarrassing infront of the other customers in line but they defended me. As soon as her coworker came over, she proceeds to say the same thing as the cashier, that my card is prepaid and it's not accepted. The moment she entered the total again on the debt machine and asked me to try again it magically worked. This was not my fault in any manner, in 37 years of shopping in Brampton or anywhere for that matter has a cashier TRIED to make me feel stupid. I'll definitely be speaking to your office about this and seeking some form of an apology, we the shoppers are making you the corporation money, you're not doing me any favors here. Some respect from your front line would be appreciated, thanks. My receipt with the till info is in the picture, im sure your office can figure out who was running the till tonight by the info on it.

Worst customer service with OSL departmentThere is one representative who is very rude and lazy. Not even now how to do and what to do. He make me wait so long, then he didn’t help me with ongoing deal. Then I visit to another fido store. It takes only 5 minutes to get the deal…I will never recommend anybody to visit their..

customer service is going down the drain by the day... I visited today Nov 10, wanted to get tea light candle battery operated. the first sales person I asked straight forward said I don't work in this department, I requested her to get someone who does and she said pointing in some direction there you can talk to someone else and I asked her again if she could get me someone and she was not willing to help. I asked her if this is what customer service has come up to? and she just shrugged n pointed me in some direction n said u can talk to someone there. the other sales person I met was not ready to walk with me to the aisle and then after repeated requests she came n started looking for the product. I kept telling her can she please check her inventory and after 3 request she reluctantantly checked her machine in hand and was not sure what to enter how to find a product. what is happening why is the staff not trained why are they behaving like they are doing a favor on the customer?

Walmart needs to be more transparent with customers. I bought a book here and when I went to return they told me books are all final sales. I asked where does it say that? She tells me it's on the website. I didn't buy on the website I bought in the store. She agreed it doesn't say in the store but still will not allow me to return it. I asked that they put that in store accordingly instead of misleading the customer. I have very little hope in it.. I thought I share it so someone will read it and think twice when buying books from store.

This location have almost everything from needle to couch. This particular location is well maintained by the staff members. Regarding cleaning and maintainence they always do amazing job. Young age workers provide great customer service here, old folks don't care much. Security looks aggressive to find out thieves or robber. They have ample amount of space and a wide range of variety and products. Products over here always have lot of variations, texture and colors. While taking photos, some women from the staff felt I might be clicking her picture and complained to the manager as my friend told me about that, but for your clarification, I never had one person in my pictures which i am posting or clicking so chill. They have Groceries, Photo Centre, McDonald's, Pharmacy, Seasonsal, Tools, Auto, Garden, Exercise, Camping, Lawn, Storage, beauty, Bakery, Sports, entertainment, Toys, clothes, Kids, baby, dessert, pet care, books, magazine, printer, laptops, phones, tv, plants, hardware, meat, raw vegetables sections.

Today my mother, who despite looking younger than her age, (she's 67!!!) and suffering arthritis, had a hard time with the security guy who was working the 7pm shift. She was picking up her prescription from the pharmacy and was exiting through that first entrance where the Macdonalds is located. Despite her telling him that she had her car parked closer to that entrance, he kept insisting that she go around. I don't know what's going on at this location, where is the courtesy, politeness and respect that Canada is so well known for?Do people that are older have to look older and be limping to be respected and accommodated? if you have a pharmacy there, you should have an exit close to the pharmacy.

This is for the nails salon inside the Walmart. The lady was so arrogant. I told her she was removing the nail polish too harshly and it was hurting me but that didn’t stop her. She broke my nail and said it happened because they were too long??! She made my nails so thin and couldn’t even glue it (my own nails not fake nails) so so so so disappointed. My nails still hurt. Wont recommend it to anyone at all
