I went in to fill some water jugs I got at a different store. I wasn’t quite sure how this particular store had their processes for filling, however Taylor, a very helpful employee answered all my questions and even helped me carry one of my water jugs to the car. Their customer service is awesome and I would definitely go again. Thanks Taylor!

By far the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Avoid this company at all cost. I'm out $700 and now I have to purchase a whole new water softener somewhere else.
After posting the original review above the owner contacted me and they fixed the issue to my satisfaction.

Always a pleasure coming in to get water! The gentlemen always help me carry it to my car! Excellent service and always very kind! Pro tip: get a package and pay for your water in advance so refills are quick and easy!Drink your water! Stay hydrated!

This store is clean and located in a new plaza with lots of parking spaces. The staff is very nice. You would be happy coming here.

My husband and I came in last weekend and received the absolute best customer service. The gentleman working on Saturday was extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and answered every question we had. We are just getting in to purified water and we felt most comfortable at Water Depot because of the friendly environment!
