BMO has been my bank for over 40 years, never really needed to deal with a person until lately, and unfortunately tbe closest branch is Sutton, what a nightmare, Omg she gave such poor customer service and l kept telling me they need certain that didnt apply to me then glhad to explain again and the light went off, that was 3 weeks ago, issue is still not resolved. BUT the funniest was suggesting I could bank in Newmarket!!
Im still waiting to speak with a manager, if I could do this online I would! BMO what has happened to you?

Twice my password was changed without my doing so and money went missing from my account allot of money the bank wouldn't acknowledge it so it must have been done internally

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the BMO branch located at 106 High St, Sutton west branch. I have been a regular customer at this branch and have always found the staff to be courteous and professional, with the exception of my recent encounter with the manager, Rita Trivisonno.During my visit, I had a simple query regarding a cheque deposit. The teller referred me to Rita for assistance as the cheque exceeded her authorization limit. However, upon approaching Rita, she immediately declined to assist me without even considering my request. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to address my concerns were extremely disappointing and left me feeling disrespected.I cannot help but feel that Rita's behavior towards me may have been influenced by personal bias, possibly based on my appearance or attire. This is the only explanation I can fathom for such unprofessional conduct so quickly.Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that BMO does not accept complaints regarding customer service. I spoke with a representative over the phone, who shared my disbelief at this policy. She advised me to avoid further interactions with Rita for fear of additional mistreatment.It is concerning that BMO allows an individual with such apparent bias and disregard for customer service to hold a managerial position. I am now considering switching to a different bank due to this experience and the lack of accountability within BMO's customer service department.I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken to address the behavior of Rita Trivisonno and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

There is old lady with extremely rude attitude! I believe she is a racist for no reason! She should not even be working here what’s wrong with her and bmo to hire someone like her! And I don’t even care her racism but she print out me the wrong thing I was asking for so I have to drive far to Newmarket and get the correct document I need ! She is just ignorant and not helping on purpose!

This is a very friendly bank branch. It's so friendly that the tellers spend 15 minutes chatting with the person before you, while you stand there waiting.
