I had a problem with a new fluorescent light cover which would not fit as it was 1/4" too large. These folks cut the length and width by 1/4" and would not even charge me for the cutting. It now fits perfectly. Very decent, pleasant and professional people. Strongly recommend these folks.

What fantastic service from Albion Glass! We stopped in at 1130am faith some measurements for a glass table top. We had a very fair price by 1230pm. To top it all off... they had the piece ready by 315pm! Done! Thank you Again!

I have nothing but the best to say about Albion Glass! The 2-man crew who arrived this morning were punctual, friendly and professional. They worked diligently and quietly and cleaned the work space with a vacuum...very clean and tidy! The new windows are perfect inspite of our decrepit and ancient octagonal window which needed a great deal of attention. The cost of installation was more than reasonable. Office staff and the owner were a delight to work with... I recommend this company to all!

I wish I could assign zero or negative stars to the current customer service provided over the phone by a female staff member receiving calls. The demeanor is incredibly cold and rude, and it's evident that they lack awareness of their technicians' availability for resolving issues. Their scheduling seems disorganized, leading to a disappointing experience with poor and unhelpful customer service.

Had order some glass shower doors from Albion Glass.They came measured and had the doors order and installed professionally and cleaned up after. I would recommenced Albion Glass for my next glass or mirror job.
