Really disappointed with customer service from Christine and Emily, how you expect to run a business with them always yelling at customers who have the right a proper explanation of their accounts without being made to feel inadequate is beyond me. This is an on going problem still for over 2 years. How these 2 people are still employed is something else. Clearly management needs to step up to the plate and do their job more effectively, as customers service should be number one. The turnover is ridiculous from what I've seen.

EDIT: I emailed them that I cannot use the telephone and guess what? They called me!!!! Really!?!?!?!I am a contractor and I want to shop at Boone but it's always frustrating! Website lacks information I need. I cant touch and inspect the materials. I have to tell someone what I need even if I don't know what its called, the staff are helpful but often gets it wrong. At Home Depot, I just grab what I need. Here's a real problem: Boone answer phones all the time, but takes days to answer emails. Very frustrating when you can't use the phones. They don't care. Homedepot pro desk answers emails promptly. Boone thinks emails are not urgent and people should use the telephone. It's 2023 now. I ended up ordering from other stores often while I wait for a reply from Boone.(PS, there one guy who helps me alot, but he is not always available, why isn't there someone who responds to emails along with the telephone calls?).

This began as a 2-star review:So far we have had below-average service from this place. We put in the order, had the written amount, and when the product arrive they wanted to charge us more than the invoice amount. We had to argue with the people there (incredible this had to go on, actually) to get the price THEY had established. Yes, we had the invoice in hand. Obviously, that's reprehensible service. Now we found out that what's delivered is the wrong size -- and it's their mistake. We now have to go back tomorrow and talk to them about it. Will Boone Plumbing do the right thing this time? They didn't on the pricing and we had to fight for what they promised. So let's see. There's always small claims court, of course, but we shall see. But I would warn anyone dealing with this store to look out for these types of business practices. It's a big, very-professional-looking store that doesn't seem to deliver what you think they should. Stay tuned please.UPDATE #1: We were at Boone today about the problem with the sizing of a bathroom unit we purchased. We asked to see "the manager" because we've had two problems so far and were greeted by Mayrie, who was NIGHT AND DAY better than anyone we've dealt with at Boone. Almost the first thing she said when she realized the issue was, "Don't worry, I'll get this fixed up." She then went through all the documents, saw where/when the problem occurred and the mistake happened, and repeatedly assured us it would be taken care of -- and hoped to quickly. She promised to respond today and has called once for more information. So it's promising. She also knew that we had a previous problem, which we explained. She seemed extremely surprised that our sales person tried to overcharge us by hundreds of dollars when we had the invoice in hand that said the correct amount. So that's a good sign. The second issue still isn't resolved, though, so I anticipate Update #2.UPDATE #2: Shortly after I wrote the above update, Mayrie phoned us with a replacement solution to our problem. Basically, it all came down from when the quote went to a sale, the main cabinet for the bathroom went from 24 inches wide to 30 inches wide, which was 6 inches too wide. 30 inches simply wouldn't fit. It was a mistake any business could make -- hey, mistakes happen -- but it's the fixing of that mistake that matters. Obviously, with my initial concerns above about what happened about price, and also seeing some other reviews here, I was very skeptical about Boone "owning" the error. But right from the start Mayrie did and that has changed everything. I was also contacted about Marco, who seemed concerned, which was good. Good businesses know that word of mouth travels -- especially on the internet. So far I have take what started as a 2-star review up to 4 stars. Right now, everything done is to our satisfaction, but it is not quite finished -- we have to wait 7 weeks for the replacement. That is okay with us -- the delay is not the problem, we anticipated it would be. But I can't give it that extra star until it's COMPLETE. But when it is complete, I will give Update #3.
