I had my car serviced on May 2nd 2024, and was super impressed by how quickly they managed to replace my front axle. I had my car back by lunchtime! Wild. Very grateful that my car no longer “clicks.” And the front office staff were so helpful, friendly, and worked hard on an insurance claim snag I experienced. In the end, the work was covered and I owe it all to Adan and Rick? I’m so sorry if I’ve butchered or mis-remembered your names! :( you were really good to me and my vehicle though, and I appreciate it!

You get what you pay for, and they are cheep, but they are such a stereotypical used car dealership. Tried to scam my wife and they weren't even very cleaver about it.We buy a car off of their dealership in July. The car comes fitted with Winter tyres that the salesman says are "like new". After the safety (which it passed no problem) we ask that new summer tyres are fitted and we keep the winter tyres in our garage.Come winter, seeing they offer a cheep winter tyre change we go back to them to swap back to winter tyres. But oh no! The mechanic informs my wife that the tyres are "dangerously worn and cracked" and that he couldn't, in good conscious, put her life in danger by fitting them to the car.The same tyres... That passed the safety conducted in their very garage... on our car, which has the Car-On Auto licence plate holder and the Car-On Auto service sticker on the windshield.... ?Needless to say my wife is no fool. She pointed out their pathetic attempt to scam her. Magically, after a call to "head office", the mechanic informed her the tyres were fine.I guess use them, because they're cheep. But don't trust them, because they'll scam you.

Hello People of Ottawa, this body shop is highly disappointing! They promised me to try their best to fix my car but It took them 4 promises with at least 4 weeks in their shop before it will be fixed! Promising a date once or twice that the car will be fixed is acceptable but upto 4 times is really frustrating! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for your sanity! Now, I am waiting on their 5th promised date to try their best to have it fixed (which is 2 weeks after the 1st promised date that it will be ready) - crossing my fingers on this! - JC
