Big giant sign on the front and the door states they close at 5pm, arrived at 330pm and was told the office decided to close early. A written notice or something would of been nice

I would stay away from this place. Terrible service and terrible facilities. Facility has burnt out lights (so you can't see) and is filled with rats and mice (my sofa got covered in vermin feces). Also, the gate doesn't work properly and you are left trying to get it open for 10 minutes or more every time. Plus, don't expect a full refund of your security and key deposit - they will skim a few bucks off and then laugh at you (and they will take weeks and weeks to process too). Also, unlike other storage businesses, you will not get a partial refund if you leave before month end. I am calling Better Business Bureau next.

Had a phone call this morning from their number. Never before called them or used them for any service as there's a five hour distance between myself and this place. I called back and they denied that they called. I firmly said "well I wouldn't be calling you back if you hadn't called first, so I was just wondering"The woman says "okay let me check" and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Professional service for sure.

Over the years I've had different sized units. Best prices in town, clean, and good security. I had 24/7 direct access to my unit with an access card.
