Bought a dishwasher and the saleman set up delivery. He accidentally booked delivery for Sunday (a day they don't deliver) instead of Saturday. When I didn't get delivery confirmation I tried to reach him, but he wouldn't answer my texts or calls. Had to call the main number to find out about the snafu, and rearrange delivery. Everyone makes mistakes, but you own them and fix them, not hide from them!

Definitely not 5 star. The salesperson was dismissive. I felt I was bothering him!!! Nevertheless I was desperate for a new stacked washer and dryer.

Walked into the Ottawa East store because of a big sign saying "We Pay The Taxes". I was looking for a microwave hood fan combo and a dishwasher. After spending 20 minutes with a nice salesperson, I found out at the checkout that the deal only applies to large appliances that are each worth over $900 and doesn't apply to microwaves at all. I walked outside to reread the sign and the fine print says some conditions apply. Highly misleading.

When our salesman of many years , Denis, worked here, the service was great. Last week we returned, and there were no customers in the store and 2 salesman seated at that centre consul. Neither greeted us. I asked about Denis and was advised he no longer worked there.We wanted to buy a freezer, and a discussion followed about which of these two would be stuck with us. We were shown 2 freezers, both overpriced, and we left. We won't be back.

Excellence from start to finish. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helped me figure what I needed and wanted. No pressure whatsoever. The delivery team was efficient and awesome! I would highly recommend Corbeil for any appliance.

Not impressed with after sales service .... electrical connection kit required for Whirlpool dishwasher installation (as per instruction booklet) .... this kit should have been sold to us with the dishwasher .... Salesman referred me to the Parts Store; I'm very surprised this kit was not addressed at initial sale and that I'm responsible in ordering the same and picking up the kit. I would have thought that everything connected to the sale and installation of the dishwasher would have been handled on one sales invoice.

Never buying from Corbeil again!!!Bought all our appliances back in 2017 - high end with extended warranties.By 2021 dishwasher had been repaired 4 times, washer once, dryer twice, and stove once. After warranty expired, dishwasher died, as did the fridge. Out of pocket for 2 appliances when they were only 7 years old barely. Now both the washer and dryer are dying!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible quality

I purchased a SAMSUNG gas cooktop Model number NA36N7755TG/AA and Serial number-QFYS7DBT400022Y from Corbeil Appliance Store on 2685 Iris St, on November 15th, 2022, the appliance is under Samsung warranty until November 15, 2023. The appliance has not been working for the past week (July 2023) and I contacted Samsung on this matter on Monday, July 24th. The Samsung representative on the phone asked my husband who is 86 years old to troubleshoot the appliance with needles and pins and even asked him to go down on his knees to locate the serial number of the appliance. As we are both seniors we were unable to do as requested. The representative seemed annoyed and asked us to contact the retailer from whom we bought the appliance -to have them contact Samsung Canada for further discussions on the matter.After several phone calls and discussions plus a visit to the Corbeil Store on Iris Street the same day Samsung finally agreed to send an Appliance Repair Service company to our home to inspect the appliance. The inspection took place on July 27th. I am now informed that the appliance needs several parts to be replaced as they are broken causing the appliance to malfunction. I was also informed on August 01, 2023,number QFYS7DBT400022Y that the part is on order but no definite date of delivery nor repair is yet been given. I could be waiting indefinitely from the looks of it. I am concerned about safety issues and do not want to accept an already compromised and now repaired appliance when in essence at the time of purchase I thought I was buying and paying for a brand-new appliance with no defects in the first place. I feel cheated by Corbeil Appliance and Samsung for selling me an inferior product. Under these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund from the Appliance store that sold me this product in the first place or from SAMSUNG which ever be the case.Furthermore, I have no confidence in Samsung appliances and do not trust the quality of their products any longer. I am also appalled by their lack of respect for seniors and proper support services to back up their products in Canada. I am at this point convinced that I will never again purchase anything Samsung related. I sincerely hope that my request for a full refund will be honored by Corbeil Appliance and SAMSUNG.whichever

We had a bad experience with 2 other companies and had to cancel our orders because they couldn't deliver within the condo rules time-frame (hours of deliveries). Corbeil delivered during the approved condo time-frame on time and by excellent delivery men. They were polite, super nice and professional! Bravo Corbeil!
