Donald Plaza is undergoing renovations but stores like Winners and Dollarama are open. It is very busy during the day. The parking lots and outside could use some work. The Tim Hortons location has a medium class, laid-back feel with friendly people and some transit traffic. Service experiences vary; some staff are amazingly friendly and fast, described as sweethearts who treat customers very well with happy faces. Other times, service can be terribly slow. The product is hit and miss, sometimes fresh and sometimes not, with items like tea rarely stirred.

Staff is always friendly and the coffee is always hot.

Undergoing renovations but stores are open. Can't tell if Wild Wing is still open however but Winners and Dollarama are still open.

It's very busy during the day. Could use some work on the parking lots and around the outside of the store. Typical Tim Hortons...coffee has change since they sold their recipe to McDonald's
