This center is overrun with homeless, drug users (likely fentanyl) and very dirty/busy. If possible, try to avoid if looking for a quiet and easy going and relaxing place to shop.

It's very busy during the day. Could use some work on the parking lots and around the outside of the store. Typical Tim Hortons...coffee has change since they sold their recipe to McDonald's

The places where rats are most infested and the dirtiest. If you do not believe it, go at sunset. You will only see rats and rats around a place because of the dirt inside a store and not outside.
