I contacted the manager to get a refund on my car wash charge after realizing I had bought two , accidentally. The manager was very understanding about my own misunderstanding about not being able to interpret my receipt and returned my money immediately.I’m impressed with the manager’s explanation about her staff who might be in training and wouldn’t have been able to give me a refund which I now understand.Thank you Econo and of course I will return for my gas and car wash needs.

Horrible customer service, I was at the Ogilvie rd and had a cut on my finger I ask the guy in the station to give me first aid and he refused to give me. Bad customers service and rude.

Do not buy a car wash from this place!!!!Bought a wash - when I came back a week later to use it the code was "inactive" - line up of cars made me buy another wash from them. Kids manager wouldn't reissue a new code - basically stole $15 from me. All the best ECONO. My weekly fill-up goes elsewhere from now on

Upon their self wash machines malfunctioning we attempted to rectify the situation. The manager refused to reimburse us, called us liars, yelled at us and proceeded to record us after upsetting the entire situation because her bag camera showed we were being honest. I have never in my life seen such disgusting behaviour from someone who claims to own a business. Over $10?? Perhaps they should invest in customer service training and politeness. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!
