Gloucester Centre is a small, quiet mall described as cute and clean with a well-kept environment. It offers a little of everything, including Walmart, Loblaws, Dollarama, Rexall, Bulk Barn, a cannabis shop, and other small businesses. The Loblaw's has good produce. There is a decent food court with good choices where tables are always clean. The mall provides very friendly and world-class service, with a human always answering the phone to help. A resource center on the second floor offers a wide range of services. Outside, there is Tim Hortons, an LCBO, and the train and buses are right there. However, there is not much there anymore and it is not considered a very useful mall. A major disappointment is that there is no longer direct access to Walmart from inside the mall, requiring going outside to reach it, which is difficult for those with mobility disabilities or young children. All indoor doors to stores with outdoor entries appear locked. There is also no direct access to the mall from the LRT, and the mall-to-transit elevator is tiny. The upstairs balcony is closed to the public with no signs. These access issues make the mall inconvenient and lead some to avoid it, with a feeling that it is time for redevelopment.
Very friendly, and world class service. The best thing I like is that whenever you call, a human answering the phone, helping in any way they can. Highly recommend...

Not much here anymore and there is no longer access to Walmart from the mall. You have to go outside to access it.was disappointed by this. But may have been a theft issue since there is no cashiers at the mall access.
