Poor service. First, the lady told me that my son’s medicine would arrive on the following day. I went there in the evening on the following day, but it hasn’t arrived. They told me to call and check if my son’s medicine has arrived. The next day, I called and the lady put me on hold and never got back. I called again and they just told me i have to provide the name of the medicine. I asked if I could give them my son’s name to check. She said no. I told her I am going to look up the name of the medicine on my phone real quick and then the lady said, “I couldn’t help you” and she hung up on me.

The pharmacist/owner Katie was extremely rude and condescending. She would not help with any questions regarding a medicine that was in fact behind the counter. Extremely unprofessional and rude. When I asked for her name she did not want to give it out and finally said, Katie the owner of the pharmacist, with an arrogant and spiteful tone. I went across the street and found the medicine at Shopper's Drug Mart behind their counter. I can't fathom how she can get away with treating customers in this manner.

In Ottawa visiting husband’s mom, Pharmacist/Pharmacist assistant were very pleasant, helpful & prompt to deal with on the phone. Great service in this day & age!

Very rude, unprofessional pharmacist. In general, the pharmacy has poor customer service. They appear to be understaffed as I would think many would not want to work with the owner/pharmacist.

I waited for 10 minutes 23 July at 3:45 for pharmacist to ask medicine where to find. Once she got free she just point out it somewhere there. I couldn’t find out but she never dare to come out and help me where is medicine. I looked everywhere finally left and end up finding from shoppers across from independent.

Nice and friendly staff. I visited the pharmacy for my Covid vaccination and the people there were very polite and friendly. I would refer friends to visit this place for sure.

I love this pharmacy. I've always had excellent service. They go above and beyond for their customers. I wouldn't shop at any other drugstore.must recommend it. Employees always listen to customer's problem.
