Bought rim and tire combo for wife's car from their online store "Canada Tires and Rims", shipped to Manitoba. Website said the tires were "studded". Tires that showed up are not studded. Multiple attempts to contact over the past month and zero response back. Do not recommend.

The Ottawa Tire and Rims personnel are honest, aim to please its customers, and they deliver top.notch service.
I recently visited their shop because I was not happy with the dealership I was dealing with, and the end result that I received from ottawa Tires and Rims was exceptional.
I highly recommend them.

Great service and quick. They were able to get my truck in the next morning for a new set of tires and also quickly remedied a loose brake caliper that was rubbing on one of the wheels. Would recommend this place.

Awesome service. Arrived ahead of hour before before closing and l left with new rims on my tires 30 minutes later at 60% of competitors cost. Khal was super quick and professional really great spot.

They took me quickly in an emergency. I had driven over a screw and my tire was slowly deflating. For $30 everything was repaired in 20 minutes.
