Michel who works at the location was very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. He had done everything possible to resolve my issue and share his knowledge on what he may believe to be the issue with my truck. I have returned to this location for years now, and this visit was so exceptional that I had to leave this glowing review.

Almost everybody in this store is rude towards costumers, i felt like prices are 1.5x what they should be, came back the next day at 6:49pm, was denied to get in the store because they close at 7pm

A couple of weeks ago I called and was served by Sam. I was looking for lug nuts. He was professional over the phone.
Then I went and was served by Sam again.
He is an excellent example of what great customer service should be.

It maybe on sale but they may not have it. I saw 10w30 synthetic oil on sale. I went in, lots of oil around, but they didn't have it. They don't know when it will come in and the clerk said the manager wouldn't know as well.I called Customer service. "Part Source is a franchise. The manager should known when it's in and If they don't have it they probable won't get it."Hmm.

Manager was trying to refuse entry to several customers several minutes before closing time, he finally decided to let us in after we all complained.. but he was very rude to all of us, and was trying to turn down business when the store was not even closed yet! What kind of manager is this? Older gentleman, chubby with glasses, please do some training with this person, terrible terrible customer service! :(
