Personal Impressions is the only place in town that I trust for custom area rugs and my designer-oriented carpet needs. Choosing from their huge selection, I was able to find a special combination of high quality wool carpet + a professional-style gym flooring for my basement. Over the years they have also crafted several custom area rugs for me, taking the time to find exactly the right products so the net effect is something truly unique. I have 4-5 of these throughout my home; my family and friends comment on them all time. Further, my 2 cats work them thoroughly with their claws, but due to the high quality workmanship, they still look like new! The owner, Matthew Guindon, is easy to work with, and knowledgeable of his wares. He personally has been hands-on with each project, doing great installation.

I have used Personal Impressions for several years for a variety of projects around my home: carpeting for stairs, basement flooring, an entry rug and a customized bedroom carpet. Each time I have been impressed (pun intended) with their knowledge and professionalism. They guided me through each step of the process, ensuring that I chose the product that best suited my needs, tastes and budget. Their installation crew was second-to-none being efficient, courteous and accommodating.
I have eagerly recommended them to friends and family and will be certain to visit their warehouse the next time I require carpeting.

Personal Impressions was recommended to us by family friends, so we went to visit their showroom not too long ago.
The owner, Matthew, spent more than enough time with us in the showroom helping us choose our carpet. We spent a lot of time standing on samples, and Matthew was pretty knowledgeable about the differences between any two options, both quality and price-wise.
Personal Impressions was not the first (or only) place we went to, but given the same details as the others, Matthew was able to quote a very reasonable price.
All of this, as well as the fact that they were able to accommodate the schedule of our house move, convinced us to go ahead with the purchase. On the chosen date, the install went off without any problems, and we're currently enjoying our new carpet.
