Sister and Mom both had their nails done. They were looking forward to this all Christmas break. My Mom's nails were rushed because a walk-in arrived, and they wanted they space. They decided to squeeze a new client in and, therefore, rushed the service. They kept apologizing for rushing her nails but never offered a discount or anything. My mom's nails were done 20mins faster than my sister just so they can squeeze in an extra dollar.I usually buy gift certificates from here but never again.

Its been only one week. The second day after shower, my nails already fell off. Terrible conversation (asian lady kept judging my friends status in canada). Awful price and quality. I absolutely do not recommend.

My rating has nothing to do with the services or the quality of the work and/or pricing. I was so happy when I found this place and the technician that I worked with. I was not too crazy about the owners but barely dealt with them anyway. Today though they both did something that really disgusted me and I think they should review Part II of the Canada Labour Code. They had an idiot customer who obviously did not want to pay what was due and instead of supporting their employee, they threw her under the bus and kept the humiliation going for quite sometime, talking loud about her (the employee) and criticizing her publicly as we were 5 other people having to listen to this...the whole think was awful. You have to be a real prick to not realize that your employees are the major source of your income in that industry and maybe sometime the employee will F up but at the salary that I suspect they are paid, the owners make way more money out them than they lose. It is their job to respect and protect them...I will never go back even if I am really sad I am losing a technician that was such a good match for me...I will miss her but hope life will put her on my path again.
