So, for starters, I just want to say that the two guys behind the desk are woefully understaffed. Expect stupid long waits to either rent something or return it. Also, the floor sander I rented blew two fuses on a 7 year old brand new circuit, the dust collector bag had holes in it and they didn’t carry any sandpaper under 100 grit (not ideal for decks), the trigger lock button on the belt and palm sander didn’t work either. Save your money and time, go to Robertson’s (where I ended up going to get the sandpaper)I know I will next time.

Total waste of time dealing with HD trying to have a range and microwave delivered. We wanted to pick them up but the sales person insisted on delivery. So I took the morning off work today. Delivery guy calls without leaving a message. Then they apparently arrive and don't ring or knock, while I'm on hold with some logistics company which works in between HD and the delivery company. I was only 10 feet from the front door. So I call the store, and wait on hold. Then I'm given a 1-800 number to call, and wait on hold some more. After waiting on hold 3 different places and told I have to take another half day off work to accept delivery I decided cancelled the order. If you value you time HD is not the place for appliances. Disappointing customer service.
