  Too busy. Poorly merchandised location with too many empty shelves. Hard to find staff to help on the retail floor. About all that was good about this shopping trip was that i scored a good parking spot close to the doors.

  The photo of produce above is a lie, there is no produce or any fresh food available. To be fair it is right next to the Loblaws, but still. I felt like I was going crazy walking around looking for it lol, so just wanted to let people know.

  Came to pick up groceries we ordered online, Akbar was amazing and very accomodating! I recommend going to him if you need any help with your online orders!

  As a social worker, I brought a very high-risk, high-needs youth into this store today to pick up a few items. She wanted to sit in the cart, it made her feel safe and happy in a world where safety is often uncertain for her. The front desk greeter approached me and told me she was “too old” to be in the cart. I explained that she is, in fact, a child, and that this was her choice for comfort.
  
  What happened next was shocking and disappointing, four security officers began following us around the store. The youth became scared, and instead of leaving with a positive memory, she left feeling watched, judged, and unsafe.
  
  Here’s something for reflection: you never know what someone is carrying when they walk through your doors. You don’t know their story, their trauma, or their battles. Sometimes, letting a child laugh and enjoy a small moment of peace is worth more than rigid rules.
  
  This could have been a happy memory for her, something she doesn’t get often. Instead, it was turned into fear and shame. Humanity is disappointing when we can’t recognize the bigger picture. A child’s laughter should never be policed.
  
  You should be ashamed of how this was handled.

  Filipino lady at the beauty section kept watching us when we shopping but didn’t even glance at other customers coming into the section to shop. She had an awful attitude and was insanely stand-off ish. She kept rudely barging into our conversation while I was trying to help my sister pick out what nails she wanted to get. She should be fired.
  
  I recommend anybody looking for beauty products to go to Sephora or Shoppers. The staff lets you shop in peace, you get try the products and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

  I regularly shop at this Walmart, but I’m often disappointed. Today, I saw a clearance rack clearly marked with a deal, but when I asked an employee, I was told the item wasn’t that price. The rack had only that item, yet the manager still refused to honor the displayed price. It’s frustrating and feels like a waste of time. I expected better treatment as a loyal customer.

  I bought a product in Walmart at Nepean. It was a patio set. It was not working fine and I came to blair walmart, but I dont have a receipt for my purchase. So CSM guy named siva is very efficient in his work. He contacted the store from where I had purchased and got the reference from that store on that particular date and accepted the return for my purchase.
  He spent lot of time and finally make sure the customer is happy with their purchase.
  He is very particular and helpful at his job and atlast he had given me the return on the item in a gift card. There should be lot of employees like him in walmart. Good to know him.
