My granddaughter and I went to the store to purchase a large amount of clothing articles. She needed clothing to wear to back pack the Rockies in late Oct. till the middle of Nov. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Janine. She made sure Danielle was completely outfitted with the correct outdoor weather for the conditions she was about to faced with. Janine was very knowledgable, knew exactly where everything was, she was price conscience and thought about things we didn't even think about. Janine sent Danielle out to the Rockies, prepared for the climb and also with the items needed to stay toasty warm. Thank you Janine you were truly the exact person we needed and took a huge burden off of our shoulders. Now Danielle can just relax and enjoy this wonderful experience.

I want to thank the sales staff at the Goderich store specially one lady at the cash desk, on Friday, April 28th morning, who helped me return a large number of items I had purchased online without trying on. SHE was exceptionally patient and pleasant, even though it took a lot of time and I did not have all the order numbers, she did her best for me. I LOVE all the merchandise I have purchased from Mark's over the years, and will definitely shop at this location again. MY SINCERE THANKS TO MARKS GODERICH,! Xxxxx

A big shout out to Joanne from Vancouver Island. I live out west but my 93 year old Mom lives in Goderich. Mom has been helped over and above the call of duty by Joanne on a few occasions and living this far away I really appreciate Joannes wonderful and caring soul. Thank you Joanne, you are a good human and we hold you in high regard. Cheers

Pricey and limited supply of XL size clothing for men. Men's large size footwear is also lacking. Quality is there.
