Not impressed with pharmacy or particularly the lady pharmacist’s. Im new to Goderich. I have copd and had been waiting 3 weeks to get my puffers which I have been on for 5+ yrs. Its not optional. There is no follow up with me about it and when i call which is often they told me first i need a code from dr then after they get that from him they tell me i need some form also from dr to prove i was on a diff puffer at some point ????? . I have to call dr myself and try to explain it. Ended up having to go to my dr in camb to try to figure out what they wanted. My dr was furious with them and said he never heard of such a thing. The pharmacy staff are not empathic and get kind of snippy because im calling. So sorry but breathing is not optional and i need this medication. So frustrated with them.
Update: i went there today and a great lady named Shirley got it all straightened out for me in a couple minutes. It was a diff male pharmacist who had np with it. Ty Shirley.
Pharmacy just called about this review and were so rude with me. Told me i said i had copd in review and symbocort was for asthma not copd and that now they would be stuck paying for my rx Just talked over me on how it affects them. No apology for anything. Im done. Only cared about the bad review.

My husband and I were impressed by the excellent service. Needed a knee brace and Michael fitted me for one. Probably saved me some money and a trip to Port Huron. Knowledgeable and friendly!
