Awful service. At best they are ripping you off and at worst they are giving you back your vehicle in a condition that might kill you. That's my experience with them. Sad when you can't trust a Toyota Service Department. Everyone knows the work and the parts are expensive but at least they do a good job/ fix your vehicle and stand behind their work. Not the case with this place. I legit would not have moved to this town if I had known they were this terrible. Toyota is supposed to mean something. Toyota quality service is supposed to means something. It doesn't mean anything to the people who work here.Services: Vehicle safety inspection

I have been waiting 2 years to write this review. I was hoping it was going to be a good review but unfortunately i would give them 0 stars if i could. Over all the dealership is horrible i wouldnt waste my money with them if i were you. All they care about is making a quick dollar and never seeing you again. I bought a used 2016 Tundra sr5 crewmax from them in june 2020. Saw it online Todd was my sales rep. Spoke to him a few times. Seemed like a decent guy. Got everything signed online got the paper work filled out. when to go pick up my $30,000 truck. Todd wouldn't give me the time of the day . He never came to say hi, or congrats on the new truck. I was told he was "busy with a client". I didnt understand that because im pretty sure i was his client too. He made money off helping me i put cash in his pocket he could have atleast said hi. Whatever i get it. Talked to another sales guy couldnt remember his name, was very nice i wish he would have made my sale. I was directed outside were my truck would be out front. I walked out the front doors to see my truck. At first it looked amazing. At a closer look you could see it was extremely dirty inside and out. Not sure why it was detailed. Anyways i jumped inside the cab started it and notice it had 1/4 of a tank of gas. After spending $30,000 plus taxes and fees. I didnt even get a full tank.(remember at the start of the pandemic gas was super cheep) that kind of gave me a bad feeling. Ive worked for 2 dealerships in the past. Used Vehicles were always given a full detail, And a full tank of gas. Told us sales rep I was talking to that bothat both of those issues were not OK. He gave me some run around excuse about how we don't do that for use vehicles. I express my disappointment But how I thought both of those would have been done. After a disappointing pick up of of my new truck I decided to make the best of things filled it up myself and drove home. A few weeks later I called the dealership.. I spoke to the sales manager and express my frustration with how the entire situation was handled. He reassured me that the situation would Be handled differently.. That in the future I can get it fully detailed.. I told him I understand we're in the middle of a pandemic times you're tough you don't have the staff let's wait a little bit and then I want a detailed. Jump to this year early 2022. I called the dealership up asking to speak to the sales manager. It after a few days I finally got ahold of him.. I have to re explain the situation that he agreed to. We talked for a little bit. Said he'd get back to me in a few days. 2 weeks go by I call back asking what can be done when can I drop off my truck and pick up a loaner. He again says give me a couple days I'll get back to you. 4 months later I still have not heard anything back from godrig Toyota. After spending over $30000.Patiently waiting to hear back from them I'm done. I'm all forgiving people multiple chances but yes but they have definitely ruined their name for myself and everyone I know and I know.I don't know how they're gonna fix this situation. At this point I really don't know if that's possible but I'll keep you posted I know what comes out of this. Godrich Toyota, If you're reading this you have my phone number feel feel free to contact me.
