“Recently I had a concern how hair like scratches appeared on the hood of my car. These scratches could have been done when I had my car detailed or when I washed my vehicle once prior to going for service. I addressed my concern to Larry who listened very carefully to my explanation. Larry asked.me to bring my car in for Jordan to have a look. Well once Jordan made his assessment I knew that he was truly experienced in his line of work. He explained the scratches probably was caused by micro fibre but not ruling out ground in dirt with washing material. I then left for home still thinking was it me or the detailing shop that could have caused the problem. A week or so later I made an appointment to have the scratches addressed because Jordan convinced me that he could make the finish look like there was never a scratch. When the work was completed the car look great. I was ready to pay him and to my surprise he said no charge. I do not have enough positive comments how I was treated and the work preformed by Revell but I will name a few. Staff are customer and service oriented, No one is more important than you the customer. They went beyond my expectation. Revell Ford is a perfect example excellence.
