After an unnerving, illogical spin out recently, they thoroughly checked my car's front suspension, found it was fine, then spotted a crack in the steering wheel fluid pump. The next business day, they replaced it, filled it and, as I was going on an 8 hour trip soon, they buffed my old headlights back to clear and cleaned the inside of my windshield where I can't reach.
