We were vacationing on the island when we got ourselves in a pinch when our car broke down just before a 7hr trip back home. We called McQuarrie Motors a bit stressed and they took such good care of us. They saw us right away and gave us a solution that got us home. Yay! Also, amazing customer service experience

Mcquarries in Gore Bay always goes above an beyond for both our vehicles. Tyler in service is always great to deal with and Ken who we bought both vehicles from knows what he's doing. The rest of the staff is always kind and courteous and always a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. Service Manager, Tyler McQuarrie has positive, helpful, knowledgeable manner. The mechanics did a great, professional job replacing our front wheel bearings. Trenton, the young man working when we picked up our truck was also helpful and interested in our truck. Excellent personal service, that we don't always receive when we have to deal with huge dealerships in southern Ontario. We look forward to dealing with this business again soon.

I got to admit that the Sales Consultant (Ken) deserves a 5 star or more if I could.
I broke down with my truck and I brought it to this dealership. Truck is out of warranty and I'm from out of town, so nobody knows me. Ken gave me a vehicle so I could get around. Excellent guy.
Thanks Ken for helping me out when I was broke down and had no wheels to get around. It is great to have people like you, when I don't no anybody from this beautiful town (Gore Bay). Thumbs up to you Ken.

Not my best visit yesterday for programming a key (with an appointment!) and after all was done and it was confirmed that they could not do more they returned my car to the street bypassing an almost empty lot! My Saturn was very dirty from the travel through the construction Zone but not worse than other vehicles but obviously not good enough to leave in the lot. Interesting adventure!
