I just wanted to publicly thank PHILIX TOWING YORK REGION for their help this morning . I was having a ruff morning rushing and I somehow accidentally locked my keys in my car . As I was waiting for CAA to come , a very nice man named Larry came out of no where to my rescue and within minutes he was able to get me access for me to go back into my vehicle . during the process he said to me call back CAA to cancel the service, and he also had me stay in his truck so that I can stay warm while he opened my car door. Wow…he was my true guardian angel this morning !!!!!! As, I was just about to pay him for his services he told me that he’s giving me an early Christmas gift and that I should pay it forward . Thank you so much Larry I appreciate you so so much and your kind gestures! We need more people like Larry . Imagine with the inflation prices and everything going up .. money wasn’t all to him and I’m sure he has a family he needs to provide for ????

My daughter was recently involved in her first ever collision. When I arrived on scene, Larry was with her and the other driver offering them both comfort and assurance that everything would be okay. As both drivers were young, they were unaware of what to do. He patiently and clearly instructed them on how to proceed. I was impressed with the care he showed both individuals. He was understanding and patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in the services he provides. Thank you, Larry, for all that you did for my family!

I was driving on the highway when all of a sudden the check engine light went. The car began to shake so I pulled onto the shoulder. When I tried to start the car, it wouldn't start. I called a friend and asked if he had a suggestion for a tow company. He told me to call Philix Towing. I'm so glad I did. Larry was very quick, and incredibly friendly. I was recently in a collision on a busy road while on my way to work. As this was the first incident I was involved in, I was quite shaken. From the moment Larry arrived on the scene, he was a calming force. I was unaware of procedures in these cases but he assured me that everything would be okay and talked me through the necessary steps. At the collision reporting centre, he waited patiently and shared experiences with previous collisions to distract and comfort me. Though he could have charged me more to cover the hours spent at the centre, he chose not to. He informed me that he is a father of young drivers and understands what I am going through. We have since kept in touch; I am grateful for his compassion and honesty. I highly recommend his services.Service: Car towing
