“First visit to the clinic. Everyone very friendly throughout entire store. Dr Bakker and his receptionist are also very friendly. You are not rushed at all. Dr. Bakker very soft spoken , reassuring and thorough. Definitely did not feel like a number. Genuine concern shown. Highly recommend.”

“I am new to Cobourg and lost my family doctor last year when he closed his practice. I have had a lot of anxiety not being able to secure a new family doctor to manage my medications. I was recommended by a close family friend to come to this location. If I could give a 1 million star review, I would. Everyone was so kind to me, accommodating, helpful, and efficient. I was treated with kindness and compassion. I will continue to only go to this location. Everyone was so friendly and I did not have to wait long hours like most walk in clinics. One of the best health care experiences I have had. I can not recommend this pharmacy and clinic enough. Thank you so much for all you do to properly and compassionately care for patients.
