Absolutely amazing day spent at Ste Anne's for my wife's 60th. From the Initial call with Maddy in reservations to our afternoon tea with Lizzy at the end of our day the entire experience was first class. Started with pre arranged facials at 9AM with Tamara & Monika which were incredible, next we enjoyed the selection of therapy pools until 11 before entering the sun filled dining room for the lunch which was brilliant. I had arranged for a home made cake to be brought at lunch with a candle and it was done without fail. Our lunch server Jennifer is a true ambassador for the spa. After lunch we went for a 1 hour walk on the many trails provided and the view of the lake and surrounding countryside was incredible. After returning to the spa we again enjoyed all the pools even trying the Yukon pool which was freezing. Next thing you know it was after 3 so we again visited the dining area for our afternoon tea and home made pastries. Our server was Lizzy who again showed so much love of her job. We were approached at tea by Dawn who is the inn manager just to make sure we were enjoying our day and to see if she could do anything at all to help. We spoke with Dawn for several minutes about our experience and again it was obvious that she had so much pride in the spa and wanted nothing more than for us to be happy. This is truly the first time we have visited a facility for just a few hours and remembered all the staff we encountered. Shows you the impact they had on our day. We both come from the hospitality industry and can honestly say Ste Anne's was a breath of fresh air.To Jim and all your staff I am grateful for all you did to make this day so special for my wife and myself. We will see you soon. The Clark's

Lovely spa with excellent service! We went to Ste. Anne’s for the day spa experience and absolutely loved it. The spa services were excellent and the amenities were great as well including the thermal pools, sauna, guided walk and meditation. It was a great experience and a nice getaway especially if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle in the city.

This place is truly worth the drive! If you are able to snag a deal that includes a spa credit and food included, it is by far a relaxing experience. Since bookings are limited it does assure that the place is busy but yet comfortable. The food is exquisite and the staff are just so humble and understanding. Keep up the small town relaxing spa experience up! I've been to other spas and now I know why people want to come back often-its fantastic!Walkability: Items are all within reasonable walking distance and for those that require assistance accommodations are possible.Food & drinks: Fantastic! So happy their bakery is gluten free!! This was the selling point for us to attend.

We were there for a day spa with 2 friends. It was almost 1.5 hrs drive from Richmond Hill to get there and being scheduled to have the treatment at 9am was a little difficult to get there on time. At the arrival we well received; however, I preferred more details about where each activity is going to happen not only with leaving us with a map and a list of free/not free activities. The change room was clean and plenty of dry towels were available everywhere. ?the treatment staff were very nice and friendly. The treatment was very relaxing. Regarding pools; they were not very big pools but acceptable since there were not too many people in them. Even marked as whisper area but people were socializing without any consideration ?The lunch was very good; our server, Jennifer was very kind and helpful in choosing the best meal ?one of the good things about the spa was availability of tea and coffee all over the spa and Refreshing water and apples ! Tea time was a unique offer for the end of the day for us. As the lunch, the samplers were tasty and generous. Our server offered coffee to go!?On the way coming back home, the combination of bad weather and nasty road conditions along with running out of battery charge( for my EV) completely ruined our day. I wish I was given the right information to charge the battery while we were in the spa.?

We went to St. Anne's for the day and had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful from beginning to end and they were all personable and professional and added to our experience. The water circuit area is self guided however there is staff everywhere ensuring that you are enjoying your stay or available for questions. In comparison to other spas- this person to person service is an appreciated bonus! The lunch went above and beyond my expectations. The freshly made juices, the appetizers, the entrees and dessert were perfect. I enjoy cooking and could see the attention to detail was present in every dish we were served. It was a wonderful day.We were celebrating our anniversary and I couldn't have had a better memory for this special day!

We had the best experience here. The spa treatments were great especially the facial. The various outdoor pools were both relaxing and exhilarating.. Take a plunge in the Yukon cold pool. Many different saunas.. Dry or steamy. Try the eucalyptus one! The food was delicious. There was a great choice and everything was well prepared and plated well. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Beautiful grounds to wander. Just terrific!

An amazing experience, staff was exceptional they even checked in a few times to see how my group was doing, and they were always so kind and professional. Facilities were all so clean and tidy.Food was great, each meal was presented beautifully. Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages were great enjoyed a matcha latte with each meal. They also kept fresh lemon water and tea around the retreat to help keep hydrated. All of the facilities were well kept and very clean, and were stunning! They definitely pay close attention to detail because they even keep blankets outside for if you get cold in the bubbles and near the fire pit.We stayed at the vista lago which is spacious never used the shuttle but they did show us where we were staying and let us follow them there. It was spacious and has a hot tub and a beautiful standing tub inside.I would highly recommend Ste. Anne’s spa as all in all was a very relaxing trip.

⭐️ St. Anne’s Spa is my favourite daytime/overnight spa resort of all time above all the Scandinavian and luxurious spas downtown! Just an hour and a half way from the city - I’ve experienced both an overnight stay and daytime package. I love how St. Anne’s has all inclusive packages that are definitely worth the spend and takes away from all the planning so you can focus on relaxing! This year visited on Feb 4 for the early bird daytime package which included breakfast, lunch, credit towards a treatment (body massage) and access to all the amenities. Pretty much spent a good 8 hour day. The food and general service was great as usual.? The few cons I would say is related to the therapy - One is they need more RMTs (I’ve never had an RMT massage here) hard to book even with a month’s notice. Secondly my friends all received relaxing massages including scalp massages, however I came out of mine feeling indifferent. My massage felt more like a rub down. No explanation about the treatment or what essential oils were being used etc and didn’t get touched on my head at all. I fell asleep and woke up to a hot scorching towel on my back which made me jump (because the staff did a poor job on communicating). Therapy rooms could use a little upgrade to match the rest of the place - does not look like a spa treatment room (as you can see from the last picture).?♀️?♂️ Overall, still highly recommend this spa! I guess treatment experience will vary. The rest of the amenities were relaxing. Spent around $800 for 2 ppl for the day time package.Food & drinks: I remember the food being slightly more memorable in 2019 but still enjoyable nonetheless. The portions are just right since you have a 3 course meal for lunch and dinner. Didn’t come out feeling too bloated. The short rib and chocolate ganache cake is a must! And you have to go to the bakery to a grab a bag of their gluten free granola!

The highlights:1) the lunch is delicious!2) The pools are spacious & clean.3) The service is excellent & staff are friendly4) Love the tea & water throughout the spa.5) Granola & apples are a nice offering. What needs improvement:1) The water pressure in the womens showers. Only 1 shower has some pressure but barely enough to wash your hair if you have thick, long hair. Most of the showers are a fine mist! Disappointing!2) Some of the soap dispensers don’t work properly either.3) The swim suit dryer is broken.4) High tea food: needs improvement. A let down after an excellent lunch. The scones are the only part of high tea that are good. The rest I’d toss to the green bin. I think the food was made too early & just sat out & looked & tasted not so fresh at 5pm.5) No where to lie down & sleep in a quiet room. Please bring back the massage chairs! Some people want to go to the spa to rest!Food & drinks: Lunch food choices are excellent. Everything I had was delicious!Herbal Teas & cucumber water are great!Afternoon tea - the food was dry, hard, tasted like it was made in the morning & the macaroon could have been made a week ago. The beef in the sandwich was changing color & looked like it was going bad. The bread was hard from being exposed to the air for so many hours. Disappointing!Tea selections are excellent!Noteworthy details: While there are signs asking people to be quiet, everyone talks everywhere.

Beautiful as always. Ste. Annes is my favorite place to go and relax. It is a ways out of Toronto, but so worth the drive up. The property is well managed and I feel a ton lighter after visiting. You must take full advantage of the hydrotherapy circuit as well as the steam and sauna. But there's more, hiking, baking, yoga and little environments created all over to help you wind down. It is quite pricey for meals and treatments. We go once or twice a year and it is worth it.Food & drinks: The food was great. There are so many options for all types of diet requirements. They have meat, vegetarian and vegan options plus more. Food was clearly made either fresh and simple ingredients.
