Hay communications has been easy to work with. Their customer services and tech teams are helpful, patient and friendly. Great service from the staff at the GB store. Sorted out a few issues and explained new services coming up. Also set up a service tech to follow up on an issue within 1 hour of leaving the office. Excellent results driven service. Very poor customer service changed the way they were doing things at the park. The internet was spotty at best.

Very impressed with the customer customer service, the quality, the pricing, and the availability of NFL games. Keep up the great work. Katie, Val, and Brian are great customer service reps and the installation team is wonderful as well. Marcel is a great sales rep as well. Thank you Hay communications.

I have had it with Hay and their fantastic support. Just kidding. These folks are the best. I submitted a ticket and within 20 mins I get a call which I missed but listen to it on vm. It all worked as instructed. Hay you are the best of the best. I will guarantee the big boys like bell and rogers don't have service like...
