Grand Bend Home Hardware is our go-to store for all things home improvement! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us find exactly what we need. The store is well-organized with a great selection of products, from tools and hardware to seasonal items. We appreciate the quality service and the personal touch they bring to every visit. Manager and his coworker are rude, dismissive and condescending. Very disappointed by the lack of standards this store upholds. Will not be buying from them again.

I do my best to shop locally, which includes visiting the Grand Bend Home Hardware on a regular basis. Staff are both courteous and knowledgeable. Store is well stocked, and includes a broad range of tools and building materials at a reasonable price. Store is pet-friendly, and my dog always comes in and is treated very well (offered treats), which is great.

We just renovated our upstairs and kitchen and purchased everything through Home Hardware. The staff was so helpful and their customer service was very impressive. They were quick to answer our questions and were knowledgeable about the product lines. We are grateful for their help through this immense procedure and it was definitely made smoother because of them. :) THANK YOU!
