“I have to share what a great experience we had from your Pharmacy team(assistant )on Friday June 5. I live in Brantford and came to Grand Bend for the weekend, I realized when I got here I forgot to bring my eye drops which I use twice daily for a torn retina . The team quickly called Brantford Shoppers drug and had the prescription transferred to them to fill out new prescription. They had it all done within an hour. Once they gave me the drops, they then transferred the script back too Shoppers pharmacy in Brantford so we didn’t have any issues for our automatic renewals. Honestly the best service we have ever had and what a great staff. Thank you Shoppers Grand Bend , you are the best.”
