Absolutely awful experience. This is the second time my husband and I have been to this location. We live about an hour away from Grand Bend and when we come and visit Grand Bend we've always had such a positive experience. After exploring the pinery we wanted to stop and grab something from subway. We walked in and there was no one in the store until 5 mins later a girl peeks her head around the corner and tells my husband and I it's going to be a 10 minute wait because she has to cut and prepare meat. There was only one staff member working, on my receipt it says we were served by '7'. Her physical appearance looked dishevelled. Her hair was all over the place, she was not wearing a hair net. I had asked for a Canuck classic and my husband got a teriyaki crunch. Whilst she was preparing our subs she just threw everything on the sub, didn't take her time to prepare it properly, resulting in our meats and cheese congealed in the corner of the sub. She threw our veggies on, again, not taking the time to prepare properly and loaded both of our subs with a hefty amount of sauces (which is not what we wanted). She mumbled something under her breath and I had asked 'what did you say'? And she just said 'oh, I'm not rushing you, there's just a lineup now and it's close to closing' which came off as she was complaining and we did feel rushed. My sub was almost inedible. Worst subway experience of my life and the girl that served us shouldn't be working there as she clearly does not know what she's doing.

This subway is no different then any other but what I don't like about this location is it seems like everytime I go here there's only one person working and even with 3 or 4 people in line it's easily an 15 minute plus wait.

I love grand bend beach and all long weekends i belong to GB. And if my any go to place for food if you ask is Subway here. Living in GTA never had this kind of experience at subway. Here the staff will always assist you with all your dietary restrictions and I prefer veg and customize like a crazy but never had I experienced single irritating face expression from anyone here:) Best Subway?

Worst subway experience in my life time.The owners think they can get away with serving their customers their old bread by toasting the bread, There is a big chance that you will be served bread that is 2-3 days old because the owners at this location want to save some pennies by serving you that old bread.My message to the owners: if you don't want to get rid of the old bread, please take it home and eat it or feed it to your kids, don't feed it to your customers who are paying money for their food.

Compared to other Subway stores this franchisee scrimps on the add ons: meagre pieces of spinach, a couple of olives and just a teeny bit of all else. Please sir, can we have some more?

Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. You guys are the worst subway. Maybe it's the owner, maybe it's the girl at night that is too busy with her chores to help you. " hang on let me sweep the whole store before I help." Maybe it's the fact you barely get any meat at this location. Infact it's been twice now my sub feels as light as straight veggie. Will not return. Thanks for the lessons. Terrible.Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely not wheelchair accessible.

Closing time confusing on Sat.says 11pm on the outside door and on website.server says 10pm.if thats the case, update your info. please!!.Cold cut sub bread was not fresh therefore disappointing. Thanks for making the 2 subs special order/ items.
