Bought an F150 from Cruise in Gravenhurst. After a few months the brakes started making noise and I took it back for them to fix the brakes. A few days after the repair the brakes were making noise again. I took the truck to my usual mechanic who looked at the brakes and asked " did a certified mechanic fix these?" . Cruise had put the front brake pads on wrong, something that is almost impossible to do. It's a simple job putting in the brake pads but these guys screwed it up. I notice they now have a couple of cars for sale with " just added" banners. If they are "just added" how come the pics, which were taken at their shop, are date stamped over a year ago? This place is sketchy, stay away.

Wish I could give zero stars ...... you ever see that movie Matilda where her dad super glues bumpers and wheels back onto the cars and sells them for a ridiculous price ! That is this place .. stay away .. far away

Horrible service, have notified omvic that they sold a my buddy a truck for 20,000$ that had severe frame rot covered with bondo and undercoating. Brakes went out on the highway. Obviously was a hot safety.Selling lemons and scamming good people, lucky the frame didnt bow and kill the passengers, along with brakes going out on the highway.
