“I recently had an issue where a package was shipped to the wrong location and needed to be rerouted to BC. Since I’m in Alberta, I couldn’t handle it myself. I reached out to every courier I could think of, trying to find someone who could pick it up without a label or print it for me. Unfortunately, no one was able to help, one customer service rep at Purolator even said, “You’re out of luck, find a printer.”

That’s when I called the team at Pharmasave and explained the situation. Even though they don’t have a printer on-site, they went out of their way to find solutions. Michelle even offered to print it at her home! Both Michelle and her boss were incredibly patient and kind, especially considering that shipping isn’t even their main business. They went above and beyond to help me out, and in the end, they were able to print the label for me without asking for anything in return.

It’s rare to find people willing to go the extra mile like that, especially when it’s not part of their job. I’m so grateful for their help and truly appreciate everything they did. Thank you so much!”
