About TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM offers banking services with a personal touch, maintaining a small-town feel despite being part of a large bank. Staff are appreciated for their friendly interactions, which set this branch apart. However, there are some concerns. The branch recently closed earlier at 4 pm, making it difficult for customers who work later in the day to access services without taking time off. The ATM area lacks a security door when closed, leading to uncomfortable situations early in the morning, such as disturbing sleeping individuals and encountering unattended cigarettes and other unclean conditions. Customers also note issues with the handling of account changes, experiencing misplaced documents and missed appointments, which result in wasted time. Additionally, some customers find the smell of perfume worn by staff overwhelming, affecting their experience. Overall, while the staff's friendliness is valued, operational inconveniences and maintenance issues impact the customer experience at this branch.

I like their ATM and the tellers and staff are friendly. I think for safety sake there should be some way we can see the street/sidewalk both ways before we exit. It's a vulnerable area. Especially late evening/night

I've been with TD since I first got a bank account as a kid, 20+ years ago. Not impressed with the bank only being open until 4 as of late. Now I have to take entire days off from work in order to talk to a teller. Do better for us who work past 4.
