Great service to tune up and repair our low-cost bikes. Excellent communication, and the guys helped me load the bikes into my car when my bike carrier wasn't working!

Took my granddaughter's bike in visiting from Southern Ontario she had problems with the gears not shifting properly took it in the lady checked it out said it looked fine the technician grabbed it stopped working on another bike put it on a stand spent 10 minutes with it fix it up and explain some things to me so I can explain to my granddaughter ask how much they said nothing tried to give him some cash on the side but they both refused great people great service nice to see doesn't happen very often

My go to shop! The staff are super knowledgeable and truly embrace the customer experience. They show a genuine interest in the adventures of the customers and match gear to meet the need. The range of products is wide and there is always something to explore. I think I appreciate most that when work is being done on my bike, the tech who is actually working on it calls me to discuss any recommendations. Top notch service and experience all around.

Had to update my review because of a series of poor experiences. Bought a new bike, tires were insufficiently inflated and my son popped a tire the first day (not their fault I didn’t check the brand new bike, paid for the repair). Brought in my mountain bike for service and a full cleaning. Paid $70 to have the bike cleaned, see photos below of what clean means… I could have done better with a hose. Then we bring in a bike for repairs. They break off the derailleur then call and say well the bike would have been too hard to tune up anyways so we can’t fix it… The one staff member who I bought my sons bike from is pretentious and stuck up. No I didn’t buy him a 1500$ bike, that doesn’t mean I should be treated like I’m not worth your time. Save your time and take your money elsewhere.

Don't buy shoes from this company. They do not take care of their customers at all. Got some spin shoes in January and was NOT told about a 30 day return policy when I got them. Upon trying to return them I was not given the option for an exchange or my money back. The guy who measured me didn't measure correctly and said they need to be as form fitting as possible. If he noticed my feet are not tiny like a ballerina, they are wide. My podiatrist said to return them and when I got the chance they denied the return. Even reaching out to the company to no avail. This is poor service for a company that I've been going to for years.
