I had the best customer service from Ava while on the hunt for shorts to fit my post partum body. She was so kind and helpful with bringing me many styles and sizes to help try and suit what I was looking for. Fantastic customer service from start to finish! While the store didn’t have the size I needed, she made sure I was able to order online to get what I wanted so I didn’t leave disappointed. Can’t wait for my order to come in! 💖

Love the store. Wish we had one in the Sault so we can save a 6 hour car ride (there and back). My daughter loves her new sweater. Would be great if they carried tall sizes (long sleeves and 36” inseam in pants), I would buy all my clothes there. They also sell the best boxer shorts i’ve ever owned by the way.

Jessica & Brenna are complete AEO stars!!!I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever had such a great & personable service and I’m a “clothesaholic”.This is in Sudbury!!!They were friendly, efficient, helpful and attentive like I’ve never seen, showing a genuine interest in helping me match up a top for a “festival” skirt.In the end, we didn’t get a top for THAT skirt but I certainly did get other tops!!!!I am super appreciative of being treated so well while shopping. It’s how I would treat people, and how I, truly expect to be treated but certainly don’t often get it, to that degree, in retail stores in general.Thank you so much to both of you, you’re a credit to the American Eagle Outfitters experience and for that matter, a credit to humankind.
