Absolutely outstanding service. Rita and Kristen were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Efficient and so pleasant to deal. Many of the others in the back as well were very professional. I was recently in an accident where I wasn't at fault. My insurance company recommended Assured Automotive and I'm extremely grateful they did. They made sure that I was consistently updated on the status of my vehicle. I was never left wondering what was going on or how much longer it may take. The staff are amazing, everyone I spoke to was very kind and caring. I had quite a bit of damage on my vehicle, parts needed to be replaced and parts also needed to be taken off to fix as well as painted. The whole process was completed in the time that they had originally quoted me and the work they did was fantastic!
If you need any work done on your vehicle I highly recommend Assured Automotive on Armstrong.

Great customer service. Prompt, flawless repair. Regular communication about progress on a fairly complicated procedure. Only issue was poor wheel alignment by subcontractor, but they quickly arranged a correction for this.

Very happy with the professional job done by all the staff at assured. I couldn’t believe how the old civic sparkled in the sun. It was shiny clean and ready to go.
