Last weekend we went to Bianco’s in search of a BBQ. We were helped by a knowledgeable salesperson as soon as we walked through the door. We went through all the options and he explained all the features so we could decide what was best for us.
The best part was they put it together and delivered to our backyard free of charge one day ahead of Father’s Day!

When we set out researching how best to go about replacing our appliances, we looked at a number of key spots in the GTA. We live in the GTA but have a property an hour south of Sudbury. While these appliance places were all good - Tasco’s, Goeman’s, Canada Appliances, the place that we got the absolute best and most knowledgeable advice was from Anne Smith at Bianco's. She asked us great questions about how we use the appliances, what our lifestyle was like, what are the things we didn’t like about our old appliances etc and then proceeded to demonstrate just how thoroughly she knew ALL her products. She was amazing! We are so happy so far with each of our appliances - ovens, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cook top, range hood, vent hood, beverage fridge. Some were the most expensive in their class (wolf, bosch) but others were just really high quality and high functioning, but perhaps lesser known and even manufactured in the U.S.(zephyr). Everything we bought has been absolutely fantastic and user friendly too. Anne took so much time with us to give us the best advice over several visits and numerous phone calls. We ended up adding two large screen tv’s to our order too, because she knew all about them too!. Their prices were really good - no phoney sales, and they delivered to the GTA for a reasonable price. I estimate we saved money even with the delivery fee, but honestly the advice was most important because a mistake could have been a costly one or one that delivers years of frustration. Everything about this encounter was honest, ethical, reasonably priced and centered around well-balanced advice - not at all trying to sell us one brand over another because it benefits them. We are very vey happy with our buying experience here and had to write a review to give a shout out to this local Sudbury business.

Slow delivery, and had to come 3 times to install correctly, with much hassle, including causing a leak that had to be fixed by another contractor.
