“I had a great experience. I received regular updates from Rita, and when there was an issue with the service, they handled it perfectly. The issue was that the used gas tank they purchased to replace my damaged gas tank had the lines cut too short. Because of this, my vehicle would no longer be ready for my 11 day road vacation. Since insurance was going to stop paying for my replacement car rental when it was supposed to be repaired, Assured covered the cost of the rental until I returned from vacation. A true class act.”
