Went into store for a specific item and tried to find it in isle but not found so I asked and they had to look it up but 3 in stock. She was alone working and couldn't find it either and not in charge of that department so told to order item. When I returned to pick it up again she was alone but helping someone else so I was told no one else in store to help so come back in half an hour.
I waited 15 minutes for her but had to leave and return. I left my name for the order to be brought to the front but that was not done and had to wait another 15-20 minutes on my return.
My 5 minute task took over an hour.
This is a big block store and I couldn't believe that had happened ?

I love shopping at Bouclair because the environment is so peaceful compared to chaotic bigger companies. their displays are always organized and the staff at this location always have time to help me and offer suggestions for my home decor. The staff at Bouclair gave me confidence to wallpaper my own walls !! I also love the quality of their products because I know they will not break !

As a realtor, I love this place. I usually need to stage houses and make them look cozy and more of a home to belong to rather than just a house. The taste of their items is beautiful and their colors are also amazing. They are a bit pricy but when things go on sale their not too bad. We get our curtains, beddings and home accessories from there. They have better stock and varieties than the one in the South end. I would recommend it.
