Good morning Carstar, you repaired my vehicle last week and I must say job well done. I was a Body Shop Manager in Toronto for the past 44 years and retired 8 years ago, so I feel I'm quite experienced to know good work, and Carstar you met my expectations on the repair.i asked you send pictures of the repairs so I could see the amount of body filler use and it was very little amount so in closing good job well done and I would recommend you shop to my friends in Sudbury. The job was done quickly, and returned to me cleaned with no evidence that it was in a body shop. Thank you, well done.

Everyone was extremely professional and helpful, they made sure I was notified as soon as my truck was ready. Their technicians did an amazing job fixing up my truck and it looks like it’s brand new. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone, you’d never tell that there was damage to it to begin with. Extremely happy with the work that was done and it was significantly less than what I was quoted elsewhere.

This was my first going there and is was great as they looked after everything you could ask for. The rental car came to me at Carstar I did not have to worry about how I was going to get to the rental place to get my rental car and Carstar called the rental company to come pick up the rental car when my car was fixed. I did not have to worry about how I was going to get the rental car back to the rental company Carstar did that for me. The people working there and warm and friendly . They will take very good care of you and your vehicle.

Fantastic staff, Jessica at the front desk was so pleasant. Considering how unhappy I was with my vehicle having to go through repairs she made the experience less stressful with her reassurance and positive attitude.

Amazing! We brought our equinox in for back damage. They told us 9 business days but had it done in 4. You can't even tell we had any damage. Looks brand new. Exceptional job! The husband and I are so happy.
