I'll be honest the few times I have been there customer service has been incredibly poor and this time going in they refused service to me but were able to serve someone else honestly it seems some of the employees may be racist

I had an amazing experience at Circle K, mostly because of Dhaval's outstanding customer service. He gave me a friendly grin, completed my transaction quickly, and made sure I had everything I needed. Dhaval's amiable disposition and eagerness to help made my stay really enjoyable. The store was orderly, stocked, and clean, which was indicative of Circle K's dedication to providing excellent customer service. This place never has Froster machines working and if they do its only one of them. Terrible place. Guy with the glasses tho is very nice

I love having this store in the neighborhood I'm able to grab staple items, it's always clean and i hope its thriving in this location. It's a bit pricey or I would've give 5 stars. They still have some good discounts, candy from my childhood and the pizza is cheap and good for the price. (2.50 for a slice) love the hot food options.

Very friendly, great customer service, although he does have some nights where he won't say nothing at all, won't smile or anything..that's when I know he's tired..but overall I love my coconut cake, he's always stocked up

What is the point of bragging that you can have a pizza ready in 8 minutes if your staff is going to make every excuse under the sun not to make one? "Oh it will take a half hour and we don't have pepperoni oh we need to pre heat the oven during lunch just have your food ready guys

I arrived at this store to purchase a energy drink.. they had a price tag listed.. 3 for 7$ for the bigger cans of monster ultra.. I grabbed three and said to him it was 3 for 7$.. he was rude and proceeded to tell me he can't do that and it was an error.. he followed me to the cooler.. confirmed it was 3 for 7$.. ripped the price tag off and proceeded to grab the drinks out of my hand.. I left the store unhappy and filed a complaint with head office.. 1 month and still no response.. terrible

Circle K is supposed to be open 24/7 yet when i showed up at 3:30AM the man had the door locked and told me they are closed. Pretty rude about it too. I’ve lived down the street for over 23 years and have always went to this location and never have had a problem until this employee treated me like so.

Mold in the F'real machine, I can only imagine what the inside looks like.
My husbands 10 year old brother put in the cup then couldn't get it out, I helped him and notice the mold and said I wasn't paying for it and they started telling at me about how I was stealing - I didn't even want the product after.
A different occasion a year or so later I got yelled at and called a thief for grabbing something from the fridge and setting it on the shelf to check my phone.
Could have at least double checked I did before screaming I was a thief in a packed store and making me look like a jacka$$!

Currently breaking the law by selling 5% juul and vype products. Ask yourselves if they are so willing to break this law what about checking ID.
