Brought my broken window in not long after they opened. Within a few hours Dave called to say the window was finished. Very reasonable price! Dave even helped me by carrying the window for me from the car when I brought it in, and back to the car when I picked it up. Excellent, friendly service! I highly recommend Cosmos!

I been dealing with Cosmo since I open my place 16 years ago . Awesome service . I just had someone breaking my front door glass . They were there in less the an hour and replaced in less the 2 . Fast and very good service . If it's an emergency they'll be there and replace your glass in no time . Thank ypu Jerry

Called for a simple glass quote. Receptionist was rude and condescending and their prices are ridiculously expensive.

The installation was sufficient but I was not impressed with how they handled the transaction with my receipt. The lady on the phone was quite short with me and hung up the phone abruptly. I have since made two attempts with phone calls and two follow up emails as well with no answer to my request. The last time that I called back for my receipt she indicated that it was sitting on her desk and again she was short with me and hung up on me abruptly. I need all of my receipts accounted for so that it coincides with the spend dynamics for my works MasterCard. This lady has made it difficult for me on my end as now I won't have all my receipts accounted for and there was no need for it. I have never left a review and I wouldn't of had she been fair to me by providing me with my receipt. I feel that it was a very unprofessional thing to do and I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. We closed the Park exactly 1 month ago today so there has been plenty of time that I could of gotten an email. She was well aware of why I needed it as I was being polite while talking with her and explained it's importance. I will not be dealing with this company for any business in the future. Steve.

Excellent business with great customer service - my dad needed some wheels replaced on his glass sliding door, which they were able to do without issue, in less than half a day and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects or jobs.
